Hi, I'm Peter.
Welcome to the BIO section of my site.
I struggled with knowing what to say here, but I guess it just comes down to two words: Kaizen and Help.
If you don't know about Kaizen, it's a Japanese business process of continuous improvement.
It's finding a way, every day, to get just a bit better. That's me.
When I started in this business I didn't really understand how much I had to learn.
But day by day I learned more about client needs, communication, marketing strategies, sales, negotiating and so much more . . .
That's Kaizen.
I may have started with nothing but in the past 8 years I've been selected one of the Top 30 Under 30 agents in RE/MAX Ontario Atlantic (in 2015), joined RE/MAX Hall of Fame and just this past year was awarded the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award.
I'm proud of my accomplishments but I don't want you to think I've done all this on my own… I haven't and that's where the word 'Help' comes in.
First of all, I'm blessed to live in a great community. Selling real estate in Kitchener-Waterloo is a pleasure and a privilege.
Second, I have a great team of agents, photographers, videographers, home stagers and administrative staff. They are simply the best. Their help is essential.
Last but not least are my clients.
Loyal, caring, and wonderful people. Helping them helps to make my life better every day.
So, that's me. Still working hard every day to be the best real estate professional I can be. Still trying to help my clients in every possible way.
